Each Evaluator® test rigs are controlled by a powerful PLC. This PLC manages all control functions as well as the complete alarm monitoring.
The interface between the PLC and the user PC is a standard Ethernet line with TCP/IP protocol.

The Fuelwork® main view gives a clear and structured information about the parameter set points and actual test rig state of information.

The development of the FuelWork® graphical user interface (GUI) was targeted to the specific needs of fuel cell testing.
For security reason, both PC and PLC work independently.

FuelCon's Fuelwork® software functions include; the defining of test run and set point parameters, the development of automated test programs using multiple SQL-databases, the displaying test run data real-time, and as a operational interface manager for external 3rd party hardware and software.
