Growing Fuel Cell interest in India
The Indian Government has identified Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Energy research as one of the most promising areas of Research and Development. As a result, FuelCon AG has received a growing interest in fuel cell testing equipment within India. This conference, attended by over 100 delegates including many German experts, is expected to pave the way for further technological co-operation between the two countries. Dr. R.N. BASU, Governor of this Indo-German Workshop, pointed out "This kind of workshop involving a cutting-edge area of research will help our country to expand our research collaboration with Germany. As you know, this scope of non-conventional energy research is expanding very fast in this country and is the area in which we are working at CGCRI. In the near future we are expecting a large number of R&D Institutions and industries to participate in these research activities."
